With more than 30 years of experience in the international offshore construction industry, Stuart is a project management expert having worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Croatia, Azerbaijan and China. Working at Managing Director and General Manager capacities at Hydroserv Caspian and Lamprell Energy, respectively, Stuart focused on key group relations, direction of management and operations, operational project risks and employee development. Stuart’s management experience is in highly complex, inter-disciplinary projects combining structural, architectural, and M&E aspects.

Mike began his career in the U.S. Air Force studying (Honor Grad) and practicing Electrical installation and maintenance of fixed and mobile Radar Systems for 6 years. He subsequently applied this in depth training over the next 20 years commissioning, operating, maintaining, upgrading, and constructing Offshore Drilling Vessels (Jackups, Semisubmersibles and Drill Ships) internationally for the below companies:
- Rowan Drilling (Rig Electrical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Manager),
- Noble Drilling (World Wide Electrical Superintendent, Construction Manager),
- ModuSpec (Electrical Engineer, Assistant Project Manager)

Ian is a highly adaptable HSE professional with over 15 years International experience of both land and offshore drilling in the Middle East and South East Asia, with a background in HSE & Operations Management, working across multi-cultural and multi layered organizations. Prior to joining Cheetah Offshore Ian held various HSE & Operations management positions up to and including Country Manager for a major international drilling contractor. Ian is dedicated to making a difference and leads his team by example, with lots of energy and enthusiasm with an eye for detail and being responsible for efficient operations.

Mr. Goodwin has practical experience working in semi submersibles, jack ups, swamp barges, platforms, jackets & land rig operations. He is proficient with sub sea, single, double and triple string completions on HTHP & gas wells, multiple – lateral & extended reach wells, and work over operations. He is expert in setting strategic direction & effective execution to meet corporate objectives.
